Interested in a Commissioned Piece?
Contact the Artist by giving a detailed description of what piece you would like made for you. As much detail as possible including material, size, and what the purpose the piece will serve. You will work one on one with the artist to create this special piece.
Want to order a piece the artist already created but with a slightly altered design?
If you have a request for a piece that the artist has already designed, simply contact the artist via one of the methods above. There are no rules, just the limitations of the imagination and materials used.
Return Policy
The Untamed Artist accepts returns within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email theuntamedartiststudio@gmail.com with the following information included:
-Your name
-The title of the piece
-The date of purchase
-The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
-The reason for requesting a return
-If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Each return will be considered case by case. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please return in the original packaging, if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received and evaluated. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
